Exciting news this week – And Marketing has been shortlisted in the FSB Celebrating Small Business Awards 2023 in the Self-employed/Freelancer of the Year category for Yorkshire and the Humber.
This award celebrates the tenacity and drive it takes to go it alone. The FSB judges were looking for considerable progression, consistent growth, a sound business plan and a sense of purpose for their future, plus a clear understanding of the markets that they operate in.
Other local finalists include YO1 Marketing, Experience Heritage, Hannah Kay Fitness, Ink Gardener Copywriting, J Mitchell Design and Liz Drury Voiceovers.
And a client finalist!
As well as celebrating making it to the final, we were also thrilled to see our client Lowe Maintenance made the shortlist. And Marketing supported the forestry training provider’s award application, and they are the very worthy finalists in not one, but two categories: Business & Product Innovation Award and Service Excellence Award.
About the awards
The FSB Celebrating Small Business Awards celebrate the achievements and contributions of small businesses of all shapes and sizes, from self-employed businesses to larger organisations with up to 250 employees. They are open to all small businesses.
The Yorkshire and The Humber FSB Celebrating Small Business Awards 2023 will be held on 24 February 2023. Regional winners go on to the UK finals.
