And Marketing Ltd. is an award-winning marketing agency based in East Yorkshire. Our Director, Michelle, wanted to create a company where small business leaders could expect strategic thinking for their marketing and efficient, flexible implementation at the same time. And Marketing prides itself on finding workable solutions to maximise marketing budgets, increasing brand awareness and generating leads for its clients.
From working with small business owners for some time, it was clear that they were always busy, fulfilling multiple roles within their business. And Marketing provides an experienced extension of your team who can jump in, without the hassle of recruitment and employment.
Our understanding of a wide range of marketing activities and channels and how they can be leveraged to complement each other means that we have an excellent understanding of the bigger picture.
Strategic + creative
Founded by Michelle, And Marketing started as sole trader business Faire Marketing in September 2020, right between the first and second lockdowns. We rebranded to And Marketing in 2022, and started trading as a limited company in September 2023. As the business has grown, so has the team behind it. What started as a one-person venture is now a small, experienced team working together to support more clients and offer a more complete approach to marketing.
We’re strategic and creative thinkers who are involved in every stage of a project. You’ll find us hands-on, well organised and easy to work with. We see ourselves as an extension of your team, offering the knowledge, structure and support you need to make your marketing feel manageable and effective.
We combine practical experience with ongoing professional development to keep our skills sharp and our thinking current. Our backgrounds include advanced training in key areas such as Google Ads, SEO, analytics, social media and email marketing.

Based in Howden, East Yorkshire (just off the M62), we work with SMEs to develop marketing solutions that achieve their goals.
