Michelle Millar founded And Marketing after working in marketing, both client and agency-side, for well over a decade. She sees herself as a marketing GP – thinking strategically to get the best from your budget, determining the marketing activities that will work for you, and then getting on with the implementation.
Michelle has years of experience, designing and implementing marketing strategies to benefit clients of all sizes and industries.
After graduating with a languages degree, she joined the CIM over ten years ago, gaining a CIM Professional Diploma, then going on to specialise with a CAM Diploma in Digital Marketing. She was awarded FCIM certification in 2021, and is now a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Chartered Marketer.
Director Michelle was named one of 50 Digital Women to Watch in 2022 by online community and digital learning platform, Digital Women.
She feels strongly that SMEs shouldn’t feel shut out of marketing because they can’t compete with large companies.
